Choo, choo! Let’s get aboard the Marvel hype train, and have a closer look at Thor, Rocket and Iron Man’s new armor suits, the upcoming Black Widow movie, another Black Panther sequel, and the possible villains of Avengers 4.
Thor and Rocket’s New Costume

A leaked Avengers 4 action figure reveals Thor and Rocket Raccoon‘s sweet new look. On the toy packaging, both of the characters are clothed in new, matching space suits. The pair are wearing white-and-black suits, with red highlights. The suits also include the Avengers iconic logo ‘A’ on the left side of the chest.
Does this mean that Rocket has officially teamed up with Earth’s Mightiest Heroes?
Captain Marvel and Captain America are also advertised on the bottom right corner of the packaging. Captain America puts on the same white-and-black suit similar to Thor and Rocket’s uniforms, while Captain Marvel wears her classic iconic suit.
On a different note, Thor and Rocket’s get-ups are mysteriously similar to Hank Pym’s suit in Ant-Man and the Wasp, which he wore as he waded in the Quantum Realm to rescue his long-lost wife, Janet van Dyne, after being stuck there for 30 years.
Well, it looks to us that the Avengers are going to spend some time in space!
Avengers 4 Rumored Title
A rumored title for Avengers 4 is circulating on the internet. Fans are speculating that the movie will be called Avengers: Annihilation. This idea is derived from the classic comic book Annihilation written by Keith Giffen, a 2006 crossover storyline published by Marvel Comics. The comic book highlights several outer space-related characters in the Marvel Universe.
Could this rumor likely to be true?
Confirmed Black Panther Sequel
Wakanda is indeed forever. Black Panther was definitely a global hit, and was proclaimed as the year’s #2 film as it earned over $1 Billion with fans raging and craving for another sequel.
Thankfully, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige finally decided to fold his cards. On March 9, 2018, Feige was interviewed by Entertainment Weekly and was asked if a sequel is possible, and he confirmed, “we absolutely will do”.
Just this week, Writer, Ryan Coogler, was reportedly working on his Black Panther 2 screenplay and may start filming in 2019.
Iron Man’s Avengers 4 Armor
A supposedly leak of the concept art for Iron Man’s new armor in Avengers 4 is on the rounds online.
First making an appearance on Reddit, the leaked graphics is basically hinting that Tony Stark will be going for Iron Man’s classic “gold sleeves” look that fans of the Marvel comics are familiar with.
Through Avengers: Infinity War concept art created by artist Daren Horley, we can deduce a few points regarding Tony’s Avengers 4 armor.
With the upcoming movie, this gives hype to the supposed rematch between Earth’s Mightiest Heroes and the Mad Titan. Iron Man‘s armor will probably be an upgrade of the recent one, which is made of Nanotech: Wakanda’s self-repairing technology. It will have that cool “bio-tech” look to it; only that it will have a new color scheme with primarily silver and white colors .
Another thing to note about the leak is that it hints at the adaptation of some elements from the nine-issue Marvel comics entitled Superior Iron Man. It debuted Iron Man‘s super advanced white armor, which is now rumored to inspire its new look in Avengers 4.
Black Widow Solo Movie
A Black Widow solo movie is just one of MCU fans desire, and, finally, Marvel Studios decided to cave in to their fans’ request.
Scarlet Johansson’s first appearance was in Iron Man 2 with the role of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s super-spy Natasha Romanoff. From then on, she became the only female character to have established a firm and irreplaceable presence in the Avengers team.
As a core member of the team, wouldn’t it be underrated for her to not have her own solo movie when non-core members of Avengers have their own? From an extensive list of filmmakers, Cate Shortland has been tapped to be the director. Just like the other Marvel movie that stars a female superhero, the Black Widow is said to be set before the founding of the Avengers team.

Avengers 4 Villains
As we all know, the much-awaited Avengers 4 movie is still untitled. However, many MCU fans are betting their money on the said movie’s subtitle to be Annihilation. Many fan theories revolve around the possibility that Marvel Studios will borrow a few elements from this epic Marvel Comics crossover storyline.
One of the plot points that Marvel Studios can borrow, which can also be considered an excellent follow-up to the heart-wrenching ending of Avengers: Infinity War, is the appearance of Annihilus.
Annihilus is the war-mongering tyrant of Negative Zone who leads his Annihilation Wave armada on a hostile takeover of many planets on the galaxy.
However, if Annihilus really appears in the next movie, then that means that Thanos won’t be the only villain our Earth’s mightiest heroes will have to worry about. Will Captain Marvel and the remnant Avengers be sufficient to defeat these two super villains?
