Barb A. Poole
“When you have a pet to love, you'll never have a bad day.”
Barb A. Poole was born in England in 1945. She and her husband, Terry Poole moved to Canada in 1964. In 1978 Terry’s job took them to California, and later to Arizona where Barb and family live today.
Life and Career
Barb worked for Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County, where she retired from. She served as a Judicial Specialist in the service of three Superior Court Judges for seventeen years.
Barb is pursuing her passion in writing children’s books? fulfilling her dream to reach children as they learn “Pets R Family”. She believes once a child has read from “The Diaries of Liberty the Pug”, the world will be a happier and kinder place for all animals. A wife, mother, and grandmother, Barb enjoys gardening, playing the piano, kayaking and walking her pugs - Liberty, Ebony Rose, Pippa.
These books are a great way to teach your children about the importance of taking care of pets. The illustrations create a belly full of laughter and have been known to cause a serious desire to share hugs with pugs.
